Terms and Conditions for Promo Poodle

By accessing or using Promo Poodle (“Service”), provided by Tiny Cado, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Service.

Promo Poodle allows users to create accounts, upload promo codes, and allows other users to receive these promo codes via email. The Service is provided “as-is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use our Service. By using our Service, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this agreement and to abide by all of these Terms.
4. User Accounts
To access certain features of our Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and agree not to disclose your password to any third party.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Upload, post, email, or otherwise transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.
- Engage in any activity that is antisemitic (including anti-Zionist), racist, discriminatory, or illegal.
- Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
- Upload, post, email, or otherwise transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, “junk mail,” “spam,” “chain letters,” “pyramid schemes,” or any other form of solicitation.
- Upload, post, email, or otherwise transmit any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment.
6. Payment Terms
Certain features of the Service may be available for a fee. All fees are non-refundable and are provided on an “as-is” basis without any warranties or guarantees. We reserve the right to change our fees at any time.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tiny Cado, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your use or inability to use the Service.
- Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
- Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service.
- Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Service by any third party.
- Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Service.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Tiny Cado, LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice and liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
